2. How will this change affect my existing account and assets?
Rest assured, transitioning to The Brief will not result in any deletion or reset of your existing account information. All of your valuable assets, templates, and historical data will remain securely stored within your account. Your current projects, campaigns, and personalized settings will seamlessly carry over, allowing you to resume your work exactly where you left off. When it comes to compatibility, all your past projects will still be compatible within The Brief as well.
The updated platform simply introduces a new, intuitive dashboard organized around the four key pillars: Discover, Create, Launch, and Optimize, along with integrated AI features. This means you'll gain access to an expanded suite of tools and enhanced flexibility without losing access to your current work or valuable data.
While we’re introducing our new agentic experiences, the Creatopy product and support our current users know and love isn’t going anywhere.

4. Can I opt-out of using The Brief and continue with the previous Creatopy platform?
The Brief represents a significant enhancement to our platform, designed to provide a superior user experience and more robust features while maintaining a similarly enhanced editing experience. There are no options to opt-out of this change at this time.
5. How are my existing credits and subscription plan affected by this transition?
We want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. Your current plan and existing credits will remain valid until you switch your subscription to the new The Brief plans. We guarantee that there will be no interruption to your current benefits and that the process will be fair and transparent.

- The Create Agent lets you generate and adapts assets based on prompts, brand identity, and performance feedback — across all major advertising channels. All assets generated can be edited with granular control and precision with the Ad Studio.
