How to change your subscription

🪧 Note: only team admins can make changes on the team’s subscription settings. 

Switching plans

You can switch plans at any time. 

To upgrade, downgrade, or switch

1. Go to Manage Account > Billing
2. Click Change plan
3. Choose a new plan (Pro, or Team)
4. Confirm your billing frequency (monthly or yearly)
5. Review and confirm changes

⏱️ Upgrades are applied instantly.
🔁 Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Adding more impressions or credits to your current plan

You can also keep your current plan, and extend your impressions and credits grants.

To do so: 

1. Go to Manage Account > Billing
2. Click “Get more impressions” or “Get more credits”
3. Choose the amount you need and the frequency you need (top-up or recurring)
4. Review and confirm changes
