You can access the preview page by heading to the top right corner and clicking the Preview icon. You can play, post comments, and check additional information related to your creative(s).
The Header
You can change the view of your creative(s) from the header.
- Contextual. This view lets you see how your target audience will view your ads.
- Real size. View your creative(s) at their actual size.
Right sidebar
Opening the right sidebar gives you access to comments and information regarding your design or design set. You can also use player controls if you're working with animated creatives.
Comments
The comments section can be useful for collaboration and feedback regarding your creative(s).
To post a comment you will need to open the preview mode of your creative(s).
- On the right sidebar, click on Add comment, located under the Comments section.
- Drop the pin on the creative where you'd like to leave the comment.
- A comment card will open where you can:
- Type your message in the text field.
- Set the comment to be visible to Public or Only Designers¹.
- Attach a file².
- Once done, click Post.
Pinpoints
Once a comment has been posted, a pinpoint will be left on the design. You can enable or disable pinpoints from the right sidebar.
Types of Comments
You can cycle through the visibility of Resolved, Unresolved, and Your comments from the dropdown menu.
You can receive an email notification when a comment has been posted on a design you've created. To turn on or off these types of emails, access your email preferences from the Account Settings panel.
Note¹: Comments can be visible in the share link. If any comments are intended for your team, you can choose the Only Designers option to submit a comment that will be visible solely to your team members.
Note²: The file size limitation of the attachments is 10MB.
Feed
If the creative contains a feed, you can see its name and the total number of rows from your feed, and you can cycle through the row preview.
Info
Here, you can check information regarding the creative you're working on, such as the team name and project it belongs to, when and by who has the creative(s) created, the animation duration, the number of slides, and loop times.
Player controls
If your creative(s) has animations, when you open the right sidebar, you will notice that player controls will pop up from the bottom side of the screen. From here, you can play the animation and scrub through its timeline, which you can use if you wish to place a comment at a specific moment during the animation.
