How to use AI Media
Create an AI-generated Image
The prompt is the most important element for text-to-image generation. You always get better images when you write a detailed prompt.
To make this easy for you, we've introduced the Enhance prompt functionality, which will enrich your prompt dynamically to improve the images generated by the AI. You can find this functionality in the prompt box.
You'll also be able to see the history of your prompts for each working session and some examples to give you a clue about what a good prompt looks like.
- Head over to the left sidebar and click on Insert.
- Select AI image.
-
From here, you can type in the prompt of your image¹. Provide a description or keywords that describe what you want the image to look like; additionally, you can:
- Enhance prompt. Automatically enhance your prompt to improve the images generated.
- Select a style or theme for your image or use your Brand Style
- Choose the aspect ratio.
- Select the number of variants.
- Click Generate.
- Select the image that best suits your needs and will be applied to your design(s).
Create an AI-generated Video
You can use Text to video and Image to video for which we have a designated guide. Text to video works the same way as images - based on prompts.
Image to video however requires visual assets to work with - not to worry, it can still be enhanced by prompts as well
Edit Images Using Generative AI
Whether you already have an image or a generated one from a prompt and you want to create more versions, you can do so by following these steps:
- Select the image you wish to enhance.
- Head over to the right sidebar and select AI Image.
Here you can:
- Generate image variants based on lineart. It creates image² variations based on the lineart in your photo and the prompt you give.
- Generate based on image content. It creates image³ variations based on the content in your photo. You don't need a prompt, but you can select a style for the images you want to generate.
- Use Product Photography. It's best used to improve product images, and can work based on prompts, or based on other images as well. It can also combine images
- Edit Images with Prompts. A more flexible way to modify images directly using natural language.
- Remove background. Remove the background of an image with a few clicks.
- Generate background. Describe the background that you want to generate.
- Remove object. Remove unwanted objects from your image.
- Blur background. Add and control the blur intensity on your images.
- Increase the image resolution. This feature allows you to increase the resolution of an AI image or any other image lower than 2000x2000px.
- Expand image. This functionality allows you to adjust the ratio between your image's subject and the background. You can expand an image using preselected formats or adjusting the handles. The AI model will then fill the black space around your image.
Important: This functionality is based on credits. A limited number of credits is available per seat, meaning that the more seats your team has, the more credits will be available to you and your teammates. The limit applies to the team as a whole, which means that one user can consume all credits available for the entire team.
Note¹'²'³: Every image you select will automatically be added to your design, and once that happens, it also gets added to the Brand Kit linked to the creative(s) you're currently working on in the AI-generated images folder. You can also save the remaining generated images by hovering over them, clicking the icon, and selecting Save to Brand Kit or Download. All other generated images will disappear once you finish your design or leave the editing stage. You can continue editing your design; the images you generate will remain in the AI image menus.
Note⁴'⁵: You can use Generative AI on the following layers: images, masks, or smart shapes with an image fill.
