What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your account. It means that, in addition to your regular password, you'll need to confirm your identity with a second method before you can log in.

How to set up the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the right top corner.
3. Go to Manage Account.
4. Click on Your Account under Account Settings.
5. Under your account details toggle on the Two-Factor Authentication.
6. Click Confirm.
7. A QR code will appear which you can scan into your authenticator application on your mobile device.
   • You can use your preferred authentication app like Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.

How to disable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the right top corner.
3. Go to Manage Account.
4. Click on Your Account under Account Settings.
5. Under your account details toggle off the Two-Factor Authentication.
6. Now you can continue logging into your account with the email and password combination.

💡Important: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not available for third-party logins. This feature can only be enabled for accounts that use an email and password combination for logging in.
